The Kiwanis club of Horse Heaven Hills operates a charitable 501c(3) Foundation. It is governed by the members and managed by a board of directors separate from the Kiwanis club.

Our Foundation awards a number of annual scholarships for graduating seniors from our sponsored Key Clubs  The Foundation board screens these applications and selects qualified students from the applicants. We also have a limited number of scholarships available for continuing education.  Applications for these scholarships are available from your Key Club advisor or from our Scholarships page.

Each year, the foundation also donate money, supplies and other resources to selected elementary schools and organizations in Tri-Cities.

The foundation receives funds from:

• Donations from the club and its members
  
• Rentals of the J&S Dreamland Express for picnics, parties and special events
  
• ​Private and corporate donations
  
• Other fundraising activities
